Referees are to be paid in EXACT CASH prior to the start of each game.

• Unpaid fees may result in a forfeiture of you game and payment will come out of your team bond.
• No Show = forfeiture, 0-1 loss and fees for BOTH teams will com out of your referee bond.
• If you are the home team and your field is not ready to play 15 min prior to kick-off, the referee may declare the field not playable = forfeiture and BOTH team fees will come out of your referee bond.

Los Padres Referee Association has contracted to have THREE referees at each game.

• If less than three officials are present at the start of a scheduled game time, the home team must report the no show or tardiness to their director on the CCSL board.
  • If one official fails to appear - fees will be 25% less
  • If two officials fail to appear - fees will be 35% less
• In the event a game is short a referee, each team must agree to one parent from each team to be a line judge.
• If NO official is present within 15 minutes of game time and both teams have a minimum of 7 players ready to be checked in, this needs to be reported to your director on the CCSL board.

A minimum of 2 games will be scheduled consecutively at any given field.

• If a single game is scheduled, the fees will be 1.5 times the regular fee.

Reporting

• LPRSA will instruct it's officials to phone or email results of the games within 24 hours and will mail game reports and misconduct reports to the CSL within 48 hours of the game.
• Complaints will not be considered by LPRSA unless in writing and delivered to LPRSA by a CCSL Board Member.
